- This a business services section for Business registrations, career international, study international, translation and equivalency.
- Anvy vendor can use this section by simply signing and creating online vendors’ account. The C$30 plus 10% profit is charged on each user/order. Multiple users accounts are also available upon requests.
FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS
- The section provides complete financial solutions such as; business plans, projects management, RFI, RFQ, Budgets, financial planningl leasing and financing through financial institutinns. We charge upto 10% of each project.
PROJECTS FUNDS MANAGEMENT
- We manage projects funds of socio-economic development projects. The investment start from C$1,000 and goes up to C$ 1 Million. Minimum 7 to 25% is given to investors per year.
REAL ESTATES INVESTMENTS
This section buy and sell properties of third parties such as DAMAC, EMAAR, ATX of Dubai. They have properties in more than 10 countries, such as, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, UK, US, Canada, Morocco, Maldeap, Iraq, Jordon, Kuwait.
The Equiton Inc has properties in Toronto an also does Properties Funds Management. they also provide 7-25% profit share. Our Other Active builders are Ellisdon.
We are working on to include some other vendors on our portal. Any agent can buy and sell properties on our portal.
MASKAN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCAIL PROJECTS
- The Metropolitan Group also has its own project, Maskan. This project is a residential and commercial building having 100 apartments, 50 shops, 50 Kisoks, with amenities. Investment opportunities are available as mentioned above.
