Projects Funds

All investments are re-invested in identified, viable, feasible, projects.  All projects have development life of 3 years.   The total life span of one investment is 5 year. After that money is reinvested in other projects automatically.

The investments are 100% cashable at any time.  The investments are transferable.    You can nominate anyone as beneficiary.    Return goes directly to your bank accounts.  All investments are kept in the pool of investments.  The pool has a guaranteed return of 7% to 15% per year.
